With so many great restaurants here to enjoy I have to make sure I counterbalance the effects, so you will find me most mornings bright and early at the best gym around, Third Space in Canada Square, making use of their excellent facilities.

The Wharf has so many green spaces to enjoy and my favourite spot is Harbour Quay Gardens in Wood Wharf overlooking the water…so long as it is combined with a gelato from Mercato Metropolitano. My go to lunch spot would have to be Ippudo in Crossrail Place for their incredible ramen.

One thing that I love is that there are limitless options at lunchtime. One of my staples being Atis for the best salad which is my go-to. For a client lunch it would be a tough choice between Feels Like June and Sticks ‘n’ Sushi for a great atmosphere and food.

Amerigo Vespucci is my favourite restaurant at Canary Wharf, it’s an independent Italian situated on the waters of Eden Dock and suntrap in the summer months. I highly recommend the lasagne and affogato!

I have lived and breathed the estate for 10 years, and nothing beats a great coffee from 640 East at Wood Wharf in the morning! That part of the estate has been transformed into a well-curated mixed-use district including residential, retail, leisure and hotel, plus our growing life science innovation centre at the heart of Wood Wharf.

As an outdoorsy person, I’m grateful for the number of green spaces (both quiet and active) within a short walk of our location. I’ve had client coffee meetings on Eden Dock and enjoyed lunch while an orchestra plays at Jubilee Gardens – it’s a unique and refreshing environment.
